General Description
The BGM006V is a Voltage Control Oscillator with low phase noise for in-building coverage application. The VCO generates a LO signal whose frequency is some function of the control voltage. The VCO is fabricated in 0.35m SiGe process and has been designed for GSM800/GSM900 applications. The package of this chip is 3×3 mm2 QFN with 16 pins.
